My Steps Aren’t Showing Up

If your steps aren’t appearing in the app, it’s usually a connection issue.

What to Check:

  • iPhone: Make sure Apple Health is enabled and permissions are turned on for Wellnify

  • Android: Make sure Google Health Connect is connected and sharing step data

Quick Fix:

  1. Open your phone’s health app

  2. Confirm Wellnify has permission to read step data

  3. Log out of Wellnify and log back in

  4. Give the app a few minutes to refresh

I Can’t See My Community or Leaderboard

Leaderboards only show participants from your specific Community Challenge group.

Possible Reasons:

  • Your account wasn’t created using your community’s QR code or invite link

  • You selected the wrong community during sign-up

What to Do:

If you’re unsure, support can help reconnect your account to the correct community.

The Daily Quest Isn’t Appearing

The Daily Quest lives on the app’s home screen.

How to Find It:

  1. Open the Wellnify app

  2. Look for the big blue “Start Daily Quest” button

  3. Tap it to open today’s Mind, Body, and Spirit activities

Still Not Loading?

  • Close the app completely and reopen it

  • Make sure you’re logged in with the correct email

My XP Isn’t Updating

XP updates in real time, but syncing can sometimes take a moment.

Try This:

  • Refresh the app by pulling down on the home screen

  • Log out and log back in

  • Make sure your steps and activities are fully connected

I Changed My Email and Now My Progress Is Missing

Your XP and community connection are tied to the email you used to create your account.

If you changed your email:

  • Log in using your original email if possible

  • Contact support to help merge or update your account correctly

The App Won’t Let Me Log In

Quick Checks:

  • Make sure you’re using the same email you used to create your account

  • Double-check your password for typos

  • Try resetting your password from the login screen
