XP, or Experience Points, is how the Community Challenge tracks your participation. It’s not about competition—it’s about recognizing your effort and keeping you engaged with your wellness journey.

Every activity you complete helps you earn XP and move forward on your personal and community goals.

Ways to Earn XP

1. Daily and On-Demand Collections
Complete Mind, Body, or Spirit activities from your Daily Quest.

  • Earn XP for each completed collection

2.Steps
Sync your phone’s step tracker and earn XP automatically.

  • XP for every 1,000 steps
  • Bonus XP for reaching your daily step goal

3. Quizzes and Surveys
Some educational activities include short quizzes.

  • Earn XP for each correct answer

4. Augmented Reality Workouts
Interactive movement challenges reward XP for each rep you complete.

5. Manual Activities
Use the “Earn XP – Add an Activity” feature to log activities like stretching, walking, or other wellness actions.

6. Community Actions
Participate in community-focused activities, such as volunteering or wellness challenges, for additional XP.
