How to Add Your Organization in the Community Challenge App

Participating With Your Workplace or School District

If you’re taking part in the Community Challenge through your employer or school district, you’ll need to connect your account inside the Wellnify app after registering. This ensures your activity counts toward your organization’s participation and community engagement.

The process is quick and can be completed directly from your phone.

When to Add an Employer or School District

You can add your organization after you’ve registered and logged into the app. If you skipped this step during sign-up or are joining an organization later, you can still connect at any time using your organization’s invite code.

Step-by-Step: How to Add Your Organization

Step 1: Open the App Menu

Once logged into the Wellnify app, tap the three lines (menu icon) in the upper right corner of the screen.

Step 2: Go to Settings

From the menu, select Settings.

Step 3: Add an Organization

In the Settings menu, look for “Add an Organization” and tap Add an Organization.

Step 4: Enter Your Invite Code

At the bottom of the screen, you’ll see a field to enter an invite code.

Employers:

School Districts:

Enter the invite code exactly as shown and submit.

What Happens After You Add Your Organization

Once your invite code is accepted:

• Your participation will be linked to your employer or school district
• Your activity may count toward organizational engagement and reporting
• You’ll still retain access to all Community Challenge features, including Daily Quests, XP, and leaderboards (if enabled)

If You Don’t See Your Organization

If your employer or district isn’t listed or you’re unsure which code to use:

• Double-check the correct invite code page
• Reach out to your employer or district contact for confirmation
• Contact Community Challenge support for assistance

You Can Still Participate Without an Organization

Joining an employer or district is optional. Even if you don’t add an organization, you can still fully participate in the Community Challenge and build healthy habits alongside Texans across the state.
